Steven EY!lmings was present representing Gayles Marina with plans for the docks for the marina. Council stipulated that docks were to meet the requirements of the code. A drawing of the docks on the survey must include monuments marked for 200 ' at elevation 929. 4 with a maxirlun of 134 slips. idr. Emmings stated that the intent of Gayles Piarina is to comply 100� with the City ordinances. Gayles intention to construct a dock to accomrnodate a maximum of 134 slips. 2. City is not granting vested rights to Gayles to , - continue 134 slips in the future. 3. Gayles to subr.mit adequate survey showing as-builts . of docks (after construction) 4. Staff to approve plans and authorize construction of docks after conditions are met. 5. The City is not guaranteeing that the dock layout will be adequate with known �vater level conditions that might require dredging. 6. The City Council authorizes the riayor and City Adrlinistrator to sign any and all agreements related to stiuplations for this property. 7. City will require an application for a 1979 licensP. 8.
