Iie stated there would be meters at <br /> each end of the line at Long Lake. Orono and Piedina <br /> would own the 10" pipe line, which would adequately <br /> handle the Hackberry flow and alleviate the nroblem <br /> that Long Lake has in the May Street area. ?sedina <br /> will be holding a public hearing in February. <br /> The cost sheet that had been presente� to the City _ <br /> Council frorm the Orono-P�edina meeting held <br /> January 4, 1979 was approved by the P4edina City <br /> Council. Long Lake basicially agrees with the <br /> concept. <br /> Cost Steet - Page 17 <br /> William Gagne, petitioner, and Albert Yngve, PETITIOrIERS <br /> representing Orono Plaza and Orono Center Properties Sewer Service <br /> =' as petitioners, were present. They had petitioned � <br /> for sewer and wate r service for their properties <br /> at Fiighway #12, Old Crystal Bay Road, and County <br /> Road #6 , west of Willow Drive, which is in the <br /> vicinity of the Orono-P4edina proposed sewer project. <br /> It was explained to them that the proposed project <br /> is not a capital ir:iprovement project and that the <br /> Council needs time to determine the best plan for <br /> the development of the area. mhis is a two acre <br /> residential area wliich is zoned for on-site syster.ms, <br /> not City sewers. <br />
