RFSCH�DULED MEETIrIG OF THE OROP10 COUNCIL, DECE2�BER 18, 1978 Pag^ 5 After the Planning Cormmission meeting, the applicant CONDITIOrdAL USE rER�3IT subrnitted a new plan #4 which includes a scaled down 1185 Ferndale Road W. house and conforr:lance with both lakeshore and �aetlands (Continued) setbacks. The plan still requires filling within the flood fringe of the pond as would any construction on this site. The drawing does not indicate the limits of the fill which should rer�ain at least 26 ' from the edge of the pond. The revised variances are: Side setback proposed - 18 ft./23 ft. - 400/23o variance Hardcover (75 ' -250 ' ) 5588 sq. ft, pernitted = 25a 7753 sq. ft. proposed = 34 . 6° variance = 9 . 60 The revised plan #4 is much improved over the earlier plans. On Decer,lber 11, 1978, the Planning Cor.imission informally reviewed this new plan #4 and indicated that these were the changes which they had hoped would be made since October. Rescheduled Council 2•Seeting - Deceriber 18, 1978 Mr. Noble and his attorney, Robert Hoffman, were present. The revised plan #4 was reviewed by the City Council which showed a cut back in hardcover. Discussion was held concerning t�le direction o� runoff_ from the roof of the house _ to the pond. Mayor Van L1est pointed out that a holding tank would be installed and that the City would not provide sewer for that area. Alan Olson stated that a separate pumpout for the swir.uning pool was necessary as it could not be emptied into the lake. Mayor Van Nest also stated that the Planning Cor,uT►ission moved to accept the decision of the City Council. Pdassengale moved, Butler seconded, to re�ove this item from the Planning Commission ac�enda and place on the Council table for the approval of plan #� for John �loble, 1185 Ferndale Road [�Test.
