(Continued) The test results failed to locate suitable sites on Lot l, Block 1 and Lot l, Block 2. Discussion between the developer and City staff on Plovenber 27, 1978, produced a lot line rearrangeMent wherein all lots do have acceptable drainfield sites. This resulted in relocation of Outlot A and reduction �in size fror.i one acre to 0 . 73 acre. See proposed resolution for the revised layout. This new arrangement and reduced outlot size was reviewed by the Council on rdovember 28 , 1978. The Council should review the proposed language changes to Resolution '�868 and advise staff accord- inc�ly. The final plat contains six lots plus the existing house on Tract C, RLS 924. One house is corzpleted on Lot 6. The dock authorized bv Resolution #868 has been cortpleted and extends to the channel across Outlot B from the tip of Lot 4. T�7etlands are shown on the plat (including an area on Lots 4 & 5) and are protected by conservation easement. The final easements are being completed by the applicant' s attorney and are quite lengthy. They will meet the City Attorney' s approval before filing. I recommend final plat approval according to the attached resolution.
