Plummer's Subdivision <br /> SHIRLEYA.BONINE located on the west i s 1 and, B i g I s 1 and. The proposed park <br /> ROBBINSDALE will be located entirely on the eastern island. Since the parcel <br /> located on the western island was no longer within the proposed <br /> JUNE HEGSTROM <br /> M,NN�,ao��s. boundary, . the Board declared this land surplus and authorized the <br /> Superintendent to petition Dist�ict Court for approval to sell <br /> LISA HOILENDER th I S p rope rty. <br /> M I N N EAPOLIS - <br /> RAYMONDN.SEAGREN Subsequently, an acquisition was negotiated whereby the District <br /> ""'""�s'P°"s would trade its ownership on the west island for property located <br /> ••• within the proposed park boundary on the east island. Included in <br /> this negotiation was the stipulation that the District would attempt <br /> CLIFTONE.FRENCH to have the roads vacated on the sur lus ro ert located on the <br /> SUPERINTENDENT P P P y <br /> west island. <br /> The District Board feels that in view of the heavy expenditures <br /> the District is making to acquire parkland on Big Island that Orono <br /> could show its interest in this project by waiving the fee. <br /> Thanks for what you can do in getting this requested granted. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ��'�'s� <br /> Clifton E.
