Pdotion, Ayes (5) - <br /> P1ays (0) . <br /> Councilmer,lber Paurus announced that the Lake P�Ii.nne- LMCD REPORT <br /> tonka Conservation District will hold a public P.H. - Lafayette Ridge <br /> hearing at the Orono Council Chambers on Wednesday, Docks <br /> Septer.lber 20 , 1978 concerning a multiple dock and <br /> variance to allow 20 boats for Crosstown Associates <br /> at Outlot F, plat of Lafayette Ridc�e_ <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, was appointed to <br /> attend the public hearing for the ne�a dock license <br /> for Lafayette Ridge. <br /> I10 comr.►ents from the Planning Commission. PLANPdING COPudISSION <br /> r4r. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the SUBDIVISION <br /> record the following concerning a subdivision 565 Leaf Street <br /> rec�uest of Jurgen Stielow, 565 Leaf Street, #367 <br /> dated September 6, 1978, which states: Jurgen S.tielow <br /> I recommend final approval of this subdivision <br /> according to the attached resolution draft. All <br /> required items are completed. <br /> tlote that the division consists of twelve (12) lots, <br /> one less than the preliminary. The final Lot 1 <br /> includes both Lots 1 & 2 as shown on the preliminary <br /> because only one approved septic location was <br /> verified for these lots. If further testing <br /> proves a second drainfield site, an application for <br /> division of Lot 1 could be made at a future date. <br /> Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt Resolutiori RESOLUTION #939 <br /> #939, A Resolution Approving The Plat Of Stielows Stielows Addition <br /> Addition, conditioned on Lot 1 not being subdivided 565 Leaf Street <br /> at this time, but it may be divided at some future <br /> date providing it meets all subdivision requirements <br /> then in force.
