<br /> operator at a rate of $6. 40 per hour, with a three
<br /> and six month review, effective September 11, 1978.

<br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, oresented the Council TRANSFER *
<br /> with a memo from Tom Kuehn, Finance Director,
<br /> dated August 29 , 1978, which states:
<br /> It is requested that a transfer of funds be
<br /> approved in the amount of $15,000 from the Liquor
<br /> Store Fund to the General Fund as per the 1978
<br /> Budget Revenue Source.
<br /> This will be the second of three transfers budgeted
<br /> to be made in 1978 and will bring the total amount
<br /> to $25, 000. An additional transfer of $10, 000 is
<br /> scheduled for December, 1978.
<br /> Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to approve the transfer
<br /> of $15, 000 from the Liquor Store Fund to the General
