P'iodi�y #6 to add Lot 2 to be no less than <br /> two acres in size, all other lots to be four <br /> and one-half acres minimum. <br /> Motion, Ayes (3) - ilays (0) . <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, presented the City VARIAPICE * <br /> Council with the following information for the 3085 Casco Point Road <br /> asterisk agenda, dated August 10, 1978, which states : Gloria Dotzenroth <br /> A building permit was issued to Gloria Dotzenroth <br /> for 3085 Casco Point Road, on July 24, 1978 for a <br /> 24' X 30 ' garage which met all setback requirements_ <br /> At the July 25, 1978 , Council meeting, the Council <br /> conceptually approved a variance to allow relocation <br /> of the garage to five feet from the property line <br /> subject to Alan Olson' s approval. � <br /> Inspections during the week of July 31 indicated <br /> that the proposed garage would not fit, even with <br /> the five foot variance, due to trees, the house <br /> location and the driveway angle. It was determined by <br /> Nir.Olson that a revised location in the northeast - <br /> corner of the lot would be a :1uc���hetter site. This <br /> location also requires a variance which application <br /> was made on August 1, 1978. <br /> As of August 8, 1978, the proposed area had been <br /> cleared and the garage location staked. I request <br /> the Council to affirm my decision to relocate the <br /> garage in the northeast corner of the lot with the <br /> following variance to 34. 552 LR-1C: <br /> � (Continued) <br />
