One <br /> month later we received a phone call notifying <br /> us of the error. tide informed the County that <br /> they would have to carite a letter requesting a <br /> refund. Please find a copy of the letter <br /> attached. � <br /> Letter from Hennepin County CETA Services <br /> dated June 9, 1978, states: <br /> "Hennepin County CETA Services has a contract for <br /> Public Service Employment Program with Orono <br /> School District #278. Sometime last January 23, <br /> 1978, a check Warrant Request #53640 for $893. 48 , <br /> was erroneously mailed to your office - City of <br /> Orono instead of Orono School District #278. <br /> As a result of this error, may we request that <br /> you send us a refund check for $893. 48 equal to <br /> the ar:tount previously mailed to you.
