ARCHITECTS & <br /> representative from Sovik, Mathre, Sethrum, and PLANNERS <br /> Quanbeck will appear at our next Council meeting. <br /> � <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the RECONSIDER P�IOTION <br /> City Council with a letter received from the Minnetonka Center of <br /> Minnetonka Center �f Arts & Education dated Arts & Education <br /> July 5, 1978, which states: <br /> "With respect to the resolution passed June 29, <br /> �_978 er.ibracing the total plan for the expansion <br /> �f the Minnetonka Center of Arts and Education. <br /> we agree to the terms of that resolution, pointing <br /> out that all of the construction contemplated by <br /> that plan may be cormpleted at a later date and <br /> we would not expect to be prejudiced by any <br /> diminished square footage in the present construction <br /> and remodeling. " <br /> Council P4eeting - July 11, 1978 <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator,commented that <br /> there seemed to be some confusion as to the <br /> conditions that were outlined at our previous �=; <br /> Council meeting granting the permit for the � <br /> addition to the l+sinnetonka Center of Arts & � <br /> Education. The Center would not want the traffic <br /> study and volumes as a condition to granting the <br /> building permit but would prefer the study as a <br /> condition to be submitted at a later date. <br /> Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to reconsider <br /> the previous motion of the June 29 , 1978 Council <br /> meeting.
