It had not; however, it was <br /> discovered that no final inspection for occupancy <br /> had been made. The building permit had been <br /> issued September 22, 1976 and the last inspection <br /> was January, 1977. <br /> Council Meeting - June 29 , 1978 <br /> P�4r. Jack McCullough, 3287 Casco Circle, and P4rs. <br /> Janice Haley, 3034 Casco Point Road, were present <br /> to discuss their drainage problems. Mr. McCullough <br /> and P'Irs. Haley were advised by the City Council <br /> that the drainage problem was a private matter <br /> caused by obstruction of natural drainage at the <br /> Haley residence and has to be resolved by them. <br /> h4ayor Van Nest announced that the Planning TOUR OF THE LAKE <br /> Comriission is hosting a tour of the lake on July 15, 1978 <br /> July 15, 1978 at 8: 00 A. M. leaving from the <br /> Lafayette Country Club returning to the Club <br /> for breakfast upon completion of the tour. <br /> The City Council members are invited to attend. <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the 73-1 RESTORATION CLAIM <br /> City Council with a memo from John Gerhardson, 3135 North Shore Drive <br /> Public Works Coordinator, concerning the 73-1 Duane Hoff <br /> clair.l for Duane Hoff, 3135 North Shore Drive <br /> dated June 27, 1978, which states: <br /> It has been deterrlined that during the 73-1 <br /> sewer construction project that a private drive- <br /> way easement was not placed properly during the <br /> restoration at 3135 North Shore Drive. <br /> It has also been determined that the driveway <br /> is encroaching on the property of Duane Hoff. <br /> A certificate of survey has been completed and <br /> shows the amount of encroachment. <br /> (Continued) <br />
