Jim Olson, City Engineer, reported that he RING ROUTE <br /> and Administrator Dick Benson met with Mr. Lyle <br /> Swanson and P1r. Greg Frank, McCombs-Knutson <br /> Engineers , to discuss the ring route project and <br /> to review their cor►pletion of the preliminary <br /> engineering study. McCombs Engineering will <br /> complete the land descriptions surveys as <br /> initially started in conjunction with our <br /> completing the final plans and specifications. <br /> Dick Benson, City Administrator, presented the 1977 AUDIT <br /> City Council with a memo from Tom Kuehn, Finance <br /> Director, concerning the 1977 Aduit, dated <br /> June 7, 1978, which states: <br /> The audit report for the year ended December 31, <br /> 1977, has been completed and is herewith enclosed <br /> for your reviewal. <br /> You will note that this report is much different <br /> than those of previous years. Such things as <br /> the budget being compared to the actual receipts <br /> and disbursements are included for the first time. (Continued - Page 23) <br />
