Proof of septic system on Lot 2 (tests, etc. ) <br /> Council Meeting - June 29, 1978 <br /> Hrs. Rusciano was present to discuss the proposed <br /> subdivision commenting that she would li}�e to <br /> review the status of the sewer easement. <br /> Mayor Van Nest commented that the sewer easement <br /> through the north lot was not installed for the <br /> purpose of sewering this particular property <br /> since this is zoned RR-1B as requested by Mr. Rusciano <br /> several years ago. This easement is to serve the <br /> dense Hackberry area upstream and there are no <br /> sewer assessments applied toward this property; <br /> but if you would like to review this again, we can <br /> table this matter for two weeks. <br /> Mrs. Rusciano commented that she would prefer <br /> action this evening and not delay the application. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to approve <br /> the subdivision request of Phillip Rusciano, <br /> 2340 Watertown Road, per the Planning Commission <br /> and staff recommendations.
