Mayor Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded, for staff to submit a resolution at the June 29, 1978 Council meeting to approve eleven slips based upon research of previous record of slips allowed. Resolution to also include: l. Lakeshore structures to be removed in violation of setback regulations 2. If allowed dockage cannot be stored on property, dockage should be removed each year. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, reviewed the Marina NOY2TH SHORE UNION 76 Committee minutes of April 18, 1978, concerning Marina License the Union 76 marina license, which state: No representative was present from the North Shore Union 76. Previous Licenses: Always for three service slips only, no permanent mooring. Current Application: Three service slips. One dock structure, length 130 ft. Comn►ittee Comments: No winter storage is indicated on the application. The Committee was concerned that several boats were stored there over the past year. Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, reviewed the Marina NORTH STAR MARINA Cor�mittee minutes of April 18, 1978, concerning P'iarina License the North Star Marina license, which states : Ray Kempf and later in the discussion Paul Kempf were present. , Previous Licenses: Always issued for ninety-five 95 slips which were on the Maxwell Bay side. Requests for three (3) slips on the Crystal Bay side have been specifically denied for rental purposes and have not been included in the licence total. (Continued)
