,REGTJLAR t�iEETIP7G OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JUNE 15, 1978 Page 18 <br /> Mayor Van Nest r.ioved, Butler seconded, to rec�uest 6aEST SHORE LAFAYETTE BAY <br /> staff to submit a resolution for Council approval (Continued) <br /> -�t the next Council meeting to include the following <br /> conditions, which if all are met before the <br /> next Council meeting, staff are instructed to issue <br /> permits: <br /> l. tlotification to City when dredging is to commence <br /> 2. All fees to be paid <br /> 3. All permits to be submitted to the City from <br /> other agencies <br /> 4. Approval of the City Engineer and City Attorney <br /> 5. Area will be signed to show that the area is <br /> to be a test area to determine result of <br /> nutrient release that might be caused by dredging <br /> 6. Stop work order to be enforced if test results <br /> show that the effluent shows excessive nutr.ients <br /> being released that would have a detrimental ; <br /> effect on Lake Dsinnetonka <br /> 7. City to receive constant testing reports from <br /> the FWBI <br /> 8. Comparable sampling to be done to show nutrient <br /> content of Lake riinnetonka and the test area <br /> prior, during, and after completion of dredging <br /> 9. All staff .to acknowledge adherence to these <br /> conditions before dredging is allowed to commence <br /> 'Sotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> Mr. Alan Olson, City Planner, entered into the VARIANCE <br /> record the request for a variance of T..i.m Gagner, 740 Tonkawa Road <br /> 740 Tonkawa Road, dated April 18, 1978 , which states: #375 <br /> Tim Gagner <br /> Exhibit A - Application for variance from street <br /> setback requirement for approval to constr.uct � <br /> detached garage. <br /> Exhibit B - Survey indicating proposed loca.tion <br /> of new detached garage. (Note: Survey was made <br /> in 1968. It appears .survey was made prior -to <br /> extensive addition to old residence.) <br /> Current characteristics of property and proposed <br /> location of new garage: <br /> 1. Lot area - 16,340 sq,. ft_ <br /> 2. Lot width - 76 ft. <br /> 3. 10 ft. from side lot line <br /> 4. 11 ft. from street ri,ght-of-way <br /> The subject property is located in the LR-1B <br /> zoning district.
