Whitney: Do you (Continued) <br /> understand what is requested of you? <br /> Mr. Whitney: Yes, I believe I do. <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, to <br /> conceptually approve the subdivision request of <br /> 24r. Joseph Whitney for 780 Old Crystal Bay Road <br /> South, per the Planning Commission recommendations <br /> of April 24, 1978, subject to: <br /> 1. Soil boring review <br /> 2. Conform to Septic System Design P�ianual <br /> 3. City will not approve proposed plat if these <br /> conditions cannot be met. <br /> PZotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br /> P'ir. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, entered into SUBDIVISION <br /> the record the following request for a subdivision 2400 Sixth Avenue N. <br /> by American Builders (Fred Herfurth) at 2400 Sixth #363 <br /> Avenue North, dated March 17, 1978, which states: American Builders <br /> Mr. Herfurth is requesting approval of the subject <br /> 17-plus acre parcel into four lots. <br /> Our current procedures include sketch plan review <br /> by the Planning Commission; therefore, we will not <br /> be able to schedule a public hearing on this proposal <br /> until the Planning Commission has a chance to <br /> review the sketch plan and direct staff to schedule <br /> said public hearing. <br /> The entire parcel consists of approximately 17. 4 <br /> acres. The survey indicates two wetlands areas <br /> of 0. 55 acres and 0. 60 acres as conservation and <br /> flowage easement areas. <br /> The proposal as submitted consists of dividing <br /> the original parcel into four lots - each exceeding <br /> the minimum lot area and width requirements in <br /> this zoning district (RR-1B - 2-acre area - 200 ft. <br /> lot width) . <br /> I am enclosing copies of the following exhibits <br /> submitted with the proposal: <br /> 1. Exhibit A - Subdivision application form <br /> 2. Exhibit B - Property description <br /> 3. Exhibit C - Copy of plat map location subject <br /> property <br /> 4. Exhibit D - Topography and survey of property <br /> indicating divisions as proposed <br /> 5. Exhibit E - Property owners list (neighbors) (Continued) <br />
