Requested more detail as follows: l. Dimensions on all plans 2. PZore specifics on elevation plans of bridge and deck indicating number� location,depth and size of supports 3. Location of proposed lake access route with reference to lot lines for description of exclusion to existing conservation easement 4. Indicate any proposed grading and filling with topos and elevations of existing and proposed grades 5. Indicate projected method and reason of erection supports Planning Commission Pseeting - D'Iarch 27, 1978 Betty Buesgens was present_ She assured the Commission that the proposed project was only for the purpose of providing access to the lake over subject wetlands. The project would not require any filling, dredging, or grading of surface area within 26 ft. of the marsh or 75 ft. from the shoreline. She also indicated the nroposed changes on the revised plans. The Planning Commission recommended approval based on the revised plans and subject to no other wetlands variances such as dredging, filling or grading. The Commission also suggested that the proposal be forwarded to the Council for action March 30, 1978 to expedite the process, so project can be completed with minimal environmental effect (surface currently frozen) .
