Indicate projected method and reason of <br /> erection supports <br /> Planning Commission Pseeting - D'Iarch 27, 1978 <br /> Betty Buesgens was present_ She assured the <br /> Commission that the proposed project was only for <br /> the purpose of providing access to the lake over <br /> subject wetlands. The project would not require <br /> any filling, dredging, or grading of surface <br /> area within 26 ft. of the marsh or 75 ft. from <br /> the shoreline. She also indicated the nroposed <br /> changes on the revised plans. <br /> The Planning Commission recommended approval based <br /> on the revised plans and subject to no other <br /> wetlands variances such as dredging, filling or <br /> grading. The Commission also suggested that the <br /> proposal be forwarded to the Council for action <br /> March 30, 1978 to expedite the process, so project <br /> can be completed with minimal environmental effect <br /> (surface currently frozen) . <br /> (Continued) <br />
