That the City of Orono r.►ay locate the PSi7SA line in <br /> the Cor_iprehensive Land Use Plan wherever it desires. <br /> D. The City of Orono may show as areas never to be <br /> sewered those areas outside of the urban service <br /> area as shown on Exhibit C attached hereto. <br /> E. The City of Orono riay show in its Comprehensive Plan <br /> whatever areas it desires to show as rural, under- <br /> sewered areas for which sewer will never be extended <br /> and which area will not be included ever in the urban <br /> service area. <br />
