The City of Orono will subriit to the Metropolitan <br /> �aaste Control Commission and Metropolitan Council <br /> an interir.t Comprehensive Sewer Plan which will <br /> include, among other things, the following: <br /> A. The total capacity of the proposed Orono-Long Lake <br /> _ interceptor is, as according to addendum No. 3 of <br /> the preliminary engineering report, 1. 72 rt.g.d. <br /> average. <br /> B. The Cit.y of Orono will only be assigned the following <br /> capacity from the Orono-Long Lake interceptor: <br /> 1. 50 c. f.s. from the Orono lift station, .17 c.f. s. <br /> from the Long Lake lift station, and . 09 c.f.s. from <br /> future additions along the interceptor in subregions <br /> 7 and 8. Exhibit A (map #2) . This is a total of 1. 76 <br /> c. f.s. which equals l.11 rl.g.d. <br /> C. The City of Orono in the interim Comprehensive Sewer <br /> Plan and in the Final Comprehensive Sewer Plan shall <br /> decide where the capacity assigned to the City of Orono <br /> will be utilized within the City of Orono and where <br /> the sewer service area will be located within the <br /> City of Orono. <br />
