<br /> Susan was first appointed to fill the position
<br /> as secretary for the Building & Loning Department
<br /> on r7over.tber 21, 1977. Her three month probationary
<br /> Period was completed on February 21, 1978.
<br /> t4ith her previous r:lunicipal experience and willing-
<br /> ness to cooperate, she has been able to perforr:►
<br /> extremely well and has accomplished the necessary
<br /> tasks competently.
<br /> After evaluating her performance, I would reco,unend
<br /> a salary increase subject to your approval and
<br /> Council review. ' .
<br /> t9e were fortunate to be able to find an er�ployee
<br /> requiring minimal instruction and direction.

<br /> After reviewing susan Mauderer' s performance, I
<br /> recommend a salary increase of $25. 00 per month,
<br /> effective February 21, 1978. This increase
<br /> will adjust her salary fror.t $800. 00 to $825. 00
<br /> per month.

<br /> Effective r4arch 6 , 1978, Mr. William Carlson' s
<br /> position in the Utility Departrtent will be Z4ater
<br /> Plant Operator; therefore, it �vill be necessary
<br /> to adjust D4r. Carlson' s salary from $1, 373. 36
<br /> per nonth to $1, 332. 93 �er month, effective
<br /> P�arch 20, 1978.
<br /> The $1, 373. 36 reflects r2r. Carlson' s previous
<br /> salary without a 1978 salary increase. The
<br /> $1, 332. 93 per month does include the 1978
<br /> adjustment.
