Harrington <br /> dated �Sarch 7, 1978, which at this tirne, have not' been clari�ied. <br /> Bob, after our last discussion several �•�eeks ago, we had aareed that <br /> you would be fonvaYding to the City of Orono a reply to our many concerns <br /> in sufficient tir�e to allow our sta�f tir�e to review your report to us <br /> which includes iniorr�ation that has been docur�ented over a period of <br /> �any years. _ Now, you are asking us to reply within seven working days <br /> to meet a deadline of Aiarch 23, 1978 to review a report �o the Pnysical <br /> �evelopr.�ent Cor�nittee and also to meet a deadline of ?Sarch 23, 1978 to <br /> zequest a hearing on our Metropolitan Svsteris Statement. The decisions <br /> ' r.�ac3e toc3ay will set the pattern for future planning in the City of Orono <br /> and certainly requires a reasonable tir�e frame to allow for complete <br /> staff review of your March 8 letter. <br /> I believe our concerns as outlined in our letter to i�r.
