Developer' s attorney, Steven Pflaum' s letter <br /> to Bruce Psal'xerson dated rsarch 7, 1978 <br /> The questions raised by the City Engineer were <br /> discussed. There appeared to be an agreement <br /> that r�ost of these were technical issues which <br /> -could best be resolved by the City Engineer. <br /> Steve Pflaum' s letter was also discussed. The '' <br /> Planning Comr►ission members were somewhat <br /> concerned whether these were conclusions agreed i <br /> upon and approved by the City Attorney.
