Exhibit E - Certified survey indicating <br /> location of existing windmill in reference <br /> to proposed lot line. <br /> 2 . Exhibit F - Copy of permanent non-exclusive <br /> easement for ingress and egress of Liberty " . <br /> Acres Subdivision (Jamestown Road) . <br /> 3. Exhibit G - Hennepin County Public L9orks <br /> report regarding subject proposal <br /> 4. Exhibit H - City Engineer' s corunents on <br /> proposal <br /> During the hearing, the Ruschs stated their concern <br /> about the use and responsibility of the private <br /> -oad (Jamestown Road) . The Chairwoman informed <br /> the parties that the parties involved were _ <br /> responsible for resolving the private issues. <br /> We were only involved in the plat itself with <br /> assurance that all parcels had access to the <br /> streets. Private matters would have to be <br /> resolved by the private parties themselves. <br /> The City would, however, require a copy of the <br /> agreement whereby all property owners along <br /> Jariestown Road had access and responsibility to <br /> the private road. <br /> The Planning Commission recor,unended approval of <br /> the preliminary plat subject to the following <br /> conditions. All these conditions and any others <br /> added by Council would have to be certified <br /> completed before a resolution of approval of the <br /> final plat could be adopted and certified. <br /> l. Conditions requiring certification by City <br /> Attorney: <br /> a. Current title opinion addressed to City <br /> b. Legals for all easements <br /> c.
