Therefore, the <br /> public hearing relating to this issue has been <br /> scheduled for February 27, 1978 at 8 : 00 P.M. <br /> The following issues should be addressed so all <br /> conditions will be resolved before a resolution <br /> of approval is drafted: <br /> l.
