Inquired <br /> why addition to the east could not be moved 8" to <br /> the west to eliminate an 8" variance from the side <br /> lot line setback requirement. <br /> Mr. Phenicie explained that moving the addition 8" <br /> to the west would reduce the proposed 8' house <br /> -addition and restrict reasonable use. <br /> After reviewing the proposed plan, r'ir. Maki, the <br /> neighbor, had no objections. <br /> The Planning Commission recomr.lended approval of <br /> the following variances: <br /> l. Lot area - 10 , 124 sq. ft. <br /> 2.
