This issue will be listed as an incomplete <br /> item on the agenda for the Planning Commission <br /> meeting scheduled for rdovember 7, 1977. He said he would get back <br /> to property divisions for answers. <br /> Staff - January 31, 1978 <br /> After many phone conversations with the State <br /> Department of Transportation, I finally wrote to <br /> them requesting some clarification regarding the <br /> status of the small triangular shaped property at <br /> the southwest corner of the Rebers property. I <br /> am also enclosing a copy of the State' s response <br /> from Mr. Crawford dated January 17, 1978. <br /> For reference, I ar.► once again enclosing a copy of <br /> letter I first received from Pdr. rserritt, which <br /> was dated November 30, 1977. <br /> Since all this has transpired, I have received a � <br /> letter from 14r. Rebers dated January 12, 1978 <br /> inquiring about the status of his proposal. I <br /> responded immediately after receiving State' s <br /> response January 23, 1978.
