Iierbert Klossner, Hennepin County Public Works, TANAGER LAKE BRIDGE <br /> was present concerning the plans, specifications, <br /> agreement, and resolution for the Tanager Lake <br /> Bridge Project. <br /> i3r. Jim Olson, City Engineer, stated that he has <br /> no objections to the Plans and specifications and <br /> restated the need for debris reMoval in the channel <br /> and that the project be done in the same construction <br /> year as the Orono-Long Lake interceptor. • <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #873 <br /> Resolution #873, a resolution approving plans and Tanager Lake Bridge <br /> specifications for the Tanager Lake Bridge Project, <br /> ar�d to authorize the P�iayor and City Adninistrator to <br /> sign-off all other necessary documents for the <br /> pro�ect, conditioned on construction being done in <br /> the same construction year as the Orono-Long Lake <br /> interceptor. P�otion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . . <br /> t-ir. Herbert Klossner, Hennepin County Public Works, NOERENBERG BRIDGE <br /> also presented plans, specifications and resolution <br /> for the repair and deck overlay for the Noerenberg <br /> Bridge Project. <br /> 2'ir. Jim Olson, City Engineer, stated that he has <br /> no objections to the plans and specifications <br /> and restated the need for prompt removal of floating <br /> debris and traffic control. <br /> Butler moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt Resolution RESOLUTION #874 <br /> �#874, a resolution approving plans and specifications Noerenberg Bridge <br /> for the Noerenberg Bridge Project. Motion, Ayes (3) - <br /> Nays (0) . _ <br /> Butler moved, Mayor Van Nest seconded, to approve EASEMENT - CASCO POINT <br /> the request of rdorthwestern Bell Telephone Company P7orthwestern Bell Tele <br /> for an easement at Casco Point, subject to the City <br /> Attorney making three changes. P4otion, Ayes (3) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> 24ayor Van Nest explained the route for the proposed RING ROUTE <br /> ring route. The City Engineer will present new maps <br /> in the near future. <br /> i4rs. Sara Wyatt was present concerning the ring <br /> route. She commented that the survey she was <br /> making was not completed; that she had contacted <br /> people along Townline Road, Chippewa Lane, Orchard <br /> Park Road and Sixth Avenue North, and would like <br /> to return with her survey when completed. <br /> idrs. Wyatt, 5680 Echo Road, Excelsior, asked to be <br /> notified when the ring route will be on the agenda. <br />
