Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning SUBDIVISION <br /> Administrator presented the following inforrnation 1550 Sixth Avenue Nort] <br /> concerning the subdivision for James Lawrence, #323 <br /> 1550 Sixth Avenue North, dated January 30, 1978 James Lawrence <br /> which states: <br /> P�Ir. Lawrence met with him in the City office anii <br /> agreed to rearrange the lot lines to a reasonable <br /> configuration. The boundary of Lot 3 will become <br /> the creek on all sides. The line between Lots 1 & 2 <br /> will be adjusted slightly around Lot 1 septic system. <br /> Council P4eeting - February 9 , 1978 <br /> 24ayor Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded, to reaffirm <br /> the preliminary plat approval for James Lawrence, <br /> 1550 Sixth Avenue Pdorth, per Resolution #�866 adopted <br /> January 23, 1978. Psotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> P�r. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning STUBBS BAY MARINA <br /> Administrator, informed the City Council that <br /> P1Ir. James P'IcCleary, Stubbs Bay P4arina, is <br /> questioning the previous approval of his new <br /> marina building regarding the required floor <br /> elevation and flood plain regulations. He had <br /> presented a topographical survey which was <br /> reviewed by the City Engineer as noted in the <br /> attached letter. <br /> Letter - Page 5 <br /> Plrs. Jar.►es P�cCleary was present. <br /> t2ayor Van P1est moved, Butler seconded, to re- <br /> affirm the building permit with the revised � - <br /> first floor elevation of 932.5 ft. consistent <br /> with the recommendations of Messrs. Olsons <br /> and the State Flood Proofing Regulations. <br /> P2otion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> r4r. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning ASSESSP'iENT WAIVER <br /> Administrator, informed the City Council 66 � Tonkawa Road <br /> of a request for an assessment waiver requested <br /> by Donald Lindall, 666 Tonkawa Road, dated <br /> January 17, 1978, which states : <br /> P�Zr. Lindall owns adjacent lots at 666 & 660 <br /> Tonkawa Road. He has requested the Council to <br /> waive the sewer unit assessment on Parcel 1200 <br /> (660 Tonkawa Road) . Psr. Olson stated that the <br /> _ Council could give him a conceptual sense, but <br /> that several problems prevent actual consideration <br /> at this time. <br /> 1.
