REGULAR P�ETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JArJUARY 23, 1978 Page 38 i�lr. Jir.i Olson, City Engineer, discussed his letter NORTHP7ESTERN BELL PERPZIT concerning an easement request from the Plorth�aestern Bell Telephone Corlpany at the Casco skating rink dated January 23, 1978, which states : jae have reviewed a request from Northwestern Bell for a 10 foot by 10 foot easerlent on a City park on Casco Point Road in order to Place some telephone equipment consisting of an above ground cross connect cabinet on a 3 foot X 5 foot concrete slab. The request has been reviewed in the field with I�r. John Gerhardson. The easement requested is located in the r.lost southerly corner of part of Lots 3 & 4, Block 7, Townsite of Larigdon Park and will not interfere with any park related activity, including parking. Subject to approval by the City Attorney relative to form and execution, we recor.unend approval of tlie easement request. We are returning with this letter two copies of the easement description and a r.►ap showing its location.
