Edward Lehman i�otion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . tSr. Jim Olson, City Engineer, reviewed with the NOERENBERG BRIDGE #7194 City Council his letter dated January 20, 1978, which states: Pursuant to your request, we have reviewed the construction plans, the sample copy of a resolution approving the plans, the proposal form and the specifications supplied by your office for Hennepin County Project No. 7702 within the City of Orono. This project is a part of other construction/repair work within the County, identified as County State Aid Project 27-651-05. The work outlined in Project No. 7702 consists of scarifying the existing bridge surface to a depth of 1/2 inch, removing and repairing any bad spots on the deck and overlaying a new concrete surface over the bridge to a depth of 2 inches. Also included is removal and replacement of the bituminous road surface approaches to the bridge from approximatelq 150 feet westerly of the bridge to approximately 290 feet easterly of the bridge and the replacement guard rails.
