He inforr.led r.ie that Dr. Leach had <br /> met and convinced him that a common access <br /> located at the comrnon lot lines of Lots 1 & 2 <br /> might be objectionable because of the steep <br /> slope at this location. P'ir. r'Iurphy also informed <br /> r.1e that the County would recommend a 26 ' road ease- <br /> ment rather than the 24 ' easement as indicated <br /> on the plan. Iie also suggested that access to <br /> Lot 2 at the time of development should be <br /> located at the south boundary line of Lot 2 to <br /> reduce traffic congestion.
