Deter�►ining if transit dependents and others who are inadequately <br /> served by regular route transit will utilize paratransit. <br /> 3. Determine if auto drivers and passengers can be diverted <br /> to paratransit. . <br /> 4. Assist in determiaing an effective manner of providing para- <br /> transit. <br /> 5. Assist in determining the feasibility of i.mplementing the sub- <br /> regional concept policies of the Metropolitan Council. <br /> 6. Determine whether or not and the extent to which the consumer <br /> is willing to pay a premium for off-route pickup and delivery. <br />
