<br /> This added area of responsibilitv will r�ean the
<br /> � hiring of the second officer sooner than originally '
<br /> anticipated. For this reason, the total Adopted
<br /> Police Budget should now be apportioned between
<br /> all communities involved.

<br /> to be housed at Reo Raj ; page 3, #10, adding the
<br /> following: "PS.A.P.S .I, shall defend, indemnify, _
<br /> � and hold the City haz-riless, including its officers,
<br /> employees or agents from any and all claims, suits ,
<br /> losses, dariages, or expenses, including attorney' s
<br /> fees, on account of bodily injuries, sickness ,
<br /> disease, death and property damage including
<br /> injury to animals as the result of, or alleged
<br /> to be the result of A4.A.P.S. I. ' s operations. "
