The staf� has <br /> • not had time to research the issue other than <br /> obtaining the attached documents. The eiqht-lot <br /> t subdivision was approved in February, 1977, on <br /> the basis of a privately developed and maintained - <br /> � road. The City did officially sanction the name • <br /> in October, 1977, again making certain that the <br /> � private road status was clear. The road is <br /> , paved, supposedly according to City specifications, <br /> but to the best of ny knowledge, no City inspections <br /> � were ever made during the installation. <br /> S Paurus moved, Pesek seconded, to table the request <br /> :o accept White Oak Circle as a public road until <br /> � a later date to allow staff sufficient time to <br /> develop findings of fact. Harrington, Metropolitan Waste Control Corunission, INTERCEPTOR <br /> i dated November 29, 1977, which states : <br /> � Enclosed for your review and comments is one set <br /> of plans and specifications for the Orono-Long � <br /> � Lake interceptor, MWCC Project No. 71013. <br /> r The project consists of a lift station located <br /> � at each of the two treatment plantsites and a <br /> forcemain extending from the lift stations easterly <br /> � to the Wayzata Lift Station. The Orono Lift <br /> Station has design capacity of 2400 gpm and the <br /> � Long Lake Station has a capacity of 1600 gpm. <br /> � Construction of the proposed project will allow <br /> the Orono and Long Lake Wastewater Treatment <br /> - Plants to be phased out and the effluent <br /> � discharge eliminated from the Lake Minnetonka <br /> 'atershed. The flow will be conveyed through <br /> 1 conbination of 16" , 18" and 20" forcemains <br /> easterly to the Wayzata Lift Station and then to <br /> � the Blue Lake Treatment Plant.
