Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning FARVIE[•I SUBDIVISION <br /> � Administrator, entered into the record the <br /> following inforr.iation concerning the Farview <br /> � subdivision, dated December 5, 1977, which <br /> states : <br /> • � <br /> • This subdivision, as with several others , was <br /> approved by a resolution which contained many <br /> � "subject to ' s" , all of which are always <br /> completed prior to the tir.ie the P4ayor and Clerk <br /> ` sign off on the resolution. The problem is <br /> that these become a cloud on the title when <br /> � the resolution is filed because prior completion <br /> is not so stated. <br /> � <br /> � The attached resolution clarifies the issue <br /> for Farview and should be adopted. All iteris <br /> �, have been completed and the road is formally <br /> accepted. The City is holding the performance . <br /> � bond during the one year warrantee period. <br /> � P�4ayor Van rdest moved, Pesek seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION #g59 <br /> * Resolution #859, a resolution approving the Farview Plat <br /> conditions as stated in Resolution #717, <br /> * approving the Farview Plat. t'Iotion, Ayes (3) - <br /> Nays (0) . <br /> '� <br /> � iir. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoninc� STREET VACATION PETITIO <br /> Administrator, entered into the record the Partenwood Lane <br /> � follawing information concerning a petition <br /> • to vacate Partenwood Lane, presented by <br /> George Johnson, 835 Partenwood Road, dated <br /> , December 5, 1977, which states: <br /> � The attached petition has been received by <br /> the City and is on your agenda for discussion <br /> � as requested by P�Sr. Johnson. <br /> � The request should be reviewed by the City <br /> � Engineer and the Public Works Department. <br /> The road is open for use and has a sewer line <br /> � under the existing pavement. Formal consideration <br /> of the vacation request will require a public <br /> « hearing and a fee in the amount of $25. 00 per <br /> abutting lot or $100. 00, which ever is greater, <br /> � as required by the fee schedule. <br /> � P�sr. Geroge Johnson commented that he owns all <br /> , other lots contiguous to this requested <br /> vacation area. <br /> � r2r.
