Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoninc� STREET VACATION PETITIO <br /> Administrator, entered into the record the Partenwood Lane <br /> � follawing information concerning a petition <br /> • to vacate Partenwood Lane, presented by <br /> George Johnson, 835 Partenwood Road, dated <br /> , December 5, 1977, which states: <br /> � The attached petition has been received by <br /> the City and is on your agenda for discussion <br /> � as requested by P�Sr. Johnson. <br /> � The request should be reviewed by the City <br /> � Engineer and the Public Works Department. <br /> The road is open for use and has a sewer line <br /> � under the existing pavement. Formal consideration <br /> of the vacation request will require a public <br /> « hearing and a fee in the amount of $25. 00 per <br /> abutting lot or $100. 00, which ever is greater, <br /> � as required by the fee schedule. <br /> � P�sr.
