The City does not have an <br /> ordinance allowing variances without proper <br /> • application in situations as this one. The City <br /> would declare the lot builc�able if Proper application <br /> � is r►ade. <br /> � Paurus r.toved, Butler seconded, to conceptually declare <br /> � Lot 3, Block 1, P4arkville, 1365 Brown Road South, <br /> to be buildable providing P4r. Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning Adminis- VICTORIA G�2AIPd COPZPANY <br /> trator, informed the City Council that the City is 500 North Arm Drive <br /> • in receipt of a letter frcan the Department of Natural #200 <br /> • Resources dated October 25, 1977, which states: <br /> .ttaclied is a water resource permit authorizing <br /> � the construction of approximately 600 feet of dock <br /> � to provide r.iooring space for six boats. The dock <br /> shall be constructed in accordance with cross sections <br /> � and profiles labelled "Timber Catwalk - Plans" enclosed <br /> with permit application except that the dock shall <br /> `be liriited to a four-foot width along its entire <br /> � length. � <br /> � In order to prevent the loss or reduction of nutrient <br /> intraprient and retention capacity in the aquatic <br /> �vegetation of the r.larsh, it sha11 be necessary to <br /> construct the wildlife dugouts in the winter. Further- <br /> ,more, tlle dugouts shall be isolated fror.i North Arr,t <br /> ,and Pdorth Arri Channel for the same reasons.
