If the area is sewered, the <br /> zoning could be expected to becone R-lA or R-1B. <br /> � The lot is still undersized for that zoning, but <br /> the ratio is less severe and the potential health <br /> � hazard of insufficient sewage treatr_ment is elir.tinated. <br /> � Staff recommends that no decision be r.iade on this <br /> � lot until a complete variance application be made <br /> with special attention to on-site sewage capability. <br /> � Because the sewage situation can be expected to <br /> change within the next few years, it r.iay be to <br /> • Mr. I:ogan' s advantage to await municipal sewer <br /> �� availability. Kogan commented that the-City had rezoned his <br /> • property from cor.unercial to residential uses and <br /> had also declared two-acre zoning in the area. <br /> � Mayor Van Nest comr.iented that the property in question <br /> � had at one time a building located on it and it <br /> would be consistent with Orono' s Policies to grant <br /> • a variance if P'ir.
