Alan Olson, Assistant Building & Zoning V�RIANCE <br /> Adrninistrator, entered into the record the follow- 3925 �Jatertown Road <br /> ing information concerning a variance request of �326 <br /> � Loren Butterfield, 3925 [aatertown Road, dated Loren Butterfield <br /> October 13, 1977, which states : <br /> � <br /> Zoning district requires five acres with setbacks <br /> � of 100 ft. from the road and 50 ft. from the side <br /> lot lines. <br /> s <br /> � The rlain portion of the existing dwelling is setback <br /> 24 ft. from the street right of way with a two foot <br /> � extension beyond the main front line of the house. <br /> The existing side yard setback fror.i the property <br /> � line to the north is 32 ft. <br /> � Mr. Butterfield is requesting approval of variances <br /> for the proposed addition (family and recreation <br /> S roon to the south end of the house and a foyer and <br /> � stoop to the front of the house) . The proposed <br /> farr►ily-rec roorn addition would not interfere with <br /> � the existing non-conforming side yard setback to <br /> the north. This would be the most logical location. <br /> � It would not interfere with the existing non- <br /> conforning side yard setback.
