Completion of resto.ration project within 60 days <br /> (December 17, 1977) with exception of tree <br /> planting if weather conditions so dictate. If <br /> so, trees to be planted before June l, 1978. <br /> 5. Approval of all other agencies_ <br /> � 6. Commence project immediately upon approval of <br /> all agencies. <br /> 7.
