The applicants <br /> � noted that soundings of the area had been taken, <br /> but that the data had not yet been com�iled. <br /> � General concensus was that all parties should <br /> be concerned with rlinimal environrnental dis- <br /> � turbance and that, based upon the results of <br /> the soundings and habitat report, the best <br /> � solution can be found.
