Levering <br /> :.�tates : <br /> � Planning Coirunission reviewed revised plan. <br /> tlembers were concer_ned about the extent of <br /> Iiamel type soils on Lots 6, 7 & 8 (Hamel type <br /> soils do not support an on-site septic system) . <br /> � They suggested a combination of Lots 6 & 7 as <br /> one parcel to provide adequate area f_or a septic . <br /> system. <br /> There was also sorle quc�st.ion as to whether Lot 8 <br /> could support an on-site septic systerl. The <br /> Planning Cornmission determined the area of_ <br /> � r�l.ialifying soils was adequate, but the ]_ocation <br /> �.aas questionable. Lot 8 was approved as a <br /> separate parcel on the condition that no building <br /> permit be issued for the lot unti_1 plans f_or a <br /> septic systeri and replacernent were approved by <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> � Planning Comraission recomriended approval of the <br /> revised preliminary plat subject to the following: <br /> � <br /> l. Lots l, 2, 3, 4 & 5 as subr.litted. <br /> '� 2 . Approved Lot 8 as a separate parcel on the <br /> , condition that no building permit be issued <br /> until plans for a septic system and replace- <br /> rnent were approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 3. Combination of Lots 6 & 7 vaith the under- <br /> standing that this lot could be split at a <br /> future date provided the septic system r,let <br /> � the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 4 .
