When ���e <br /> � learned of the proposed enclosure, we advised <br /> of the need for a survey and for a variance for <br /> � the enclosure because the slab exceeds the maximum <br /> allowable accessory building size, rdo further <br /> � contact was roade by the applicant until August 9 , <br /> 1977, when a variance application uaas received <br /> � iilcluding a survey. Inspection by rir. 2�tuhich <br /> and Tom Jacobs on August 10, 1977 , showed that <br /> e iorms and gravel base were already installed in <br /> a a location other than that indicated on the survey. <br /> There were no lot corner stakes visible and the <br /> � construction had apparently encroached on the <br /> designated wetlands. A Stop Order �-�as posted. <br /> + On August 11, 1977, tne applicant submitted a <br /> � ,-evised survey dated July 28, 1977 showing the <br /> "athletic court under consLruction" across the <br /> � east properi�y line. The applicant advisc�d I�Sr. <br /> i :iuhich that the court location was a mistake <br /> discovered when the survey was made and that <br /> � the current intention is to relocate the court <br /> as shows on Exhibit A. , (Continued) <br /> � <br /> � <br />
