This office received a complaint of <br /> � grading in progress on June 24 , 1977. Inspection <br /> was made and a stop order posted upon finding <br /> � several trees cut and the shor eline bank graded <br /> into the water. Tlle applicant stated that he was <br /> � unaware of the prohibitions against same. He <br /> � did stop work at that time. On June 27, 1977, <br /> I vi�ited the site and authorized some additional <br /> � work to pull piles of earth out of the water and <br /> i�o line the shore with hay to act as a siltation <br /> � filter.
