Cutshall , granted the existing dock easement to Gregg S . Hannah and Margaret B. Hannah, husband and wife as � joint tenants, and an identical easement to Darrell K. Stewart, single. The easement is a taalkway easement only. No vehicular � traffic is allo�aed. �'urthermore the easement does not grant beach , rights . It is ten feet wide and runs along the total northern border oi P-1r. Rhode ' s property. The deed description is as follows : � " ***a non-exclusive easement for walkway and lake � access the right to build and maintain a dock, in , over, and uoon, that part of said land of said grantors � described as follows , to-wit: � Over and across a strip of land 10 feet in width lying Southerly of, adjacent to and parallel with the Northerly line of said tract of land of grantor described above � and, commencing at a point in the North line of the South 1160 . 8 feet of said Government Lot l , as measured � along the West line thereof, distant 750 . 35 feet East of the t��est line of said Government Lot l , as measured along said North line; thence T�est along said North line a distance of 5 . 0 feet to the point of beginning; thence � Southwesterly deflecting to the left 50 degrees a dis- • tance of 55 feet; thence Southeasterly deflecting to the left 90 degrees a distance of 10 feet more or less � to the T�lorthwesterly shore line of Lake Minnetonka; thence Northeasterly along said shore line to said North � line of South 1160. 8 feet; thence i��est along said North line to the point of beginning. Rogers , husband and wife as • joint tenants , subject to the above easements . On I�larch 12 , 1975 , the Rogers transferred the same property subject to the same easement to Theodore �a. Rogers and Mary O. Rogers , husband and wife as joint tenants . � The property immediately to tne nortlz of Mr. Rhode ' s which � is owned by Jason C. and Carol B.
