The City <br /> � council re�uested Mr. Emmings to apply for a <br /> dredging permit through the Building & Zoning <br /> Department and appear before the Planning <br /> Commission for their review and recommendation <br /> � on this matter. <br /> � <br /> Dick Benson, City Adrninistrator, reminded the SYSTEMS STATEMENT <br /> � City Council that the City of Orono had 60 days <br /> ' to review its Systems Statement and to request <br /> a public hearing before the Metropolitan Council, <br /> � if desired. The 60 day period will terminate <br /> August 29, 1977. <br /> � __ <br /> Massengale moved, Paurus seconded, to request <br /> � the Pdetropolitan Council to hold open the <br /> .
