Completion of the replatting of Herrick Circle, <br /> to be known as Summit Station, will require the <br /> i following: <br /> � l. Council action to extend the May l, 1977, <br /> deadline of Resolution 726 to allow the following <br /> � steps. Final plats are now on file with the <br /> + City and the sewer is in operation. The City <br /> Engineer will supply a letter of final acceptance. <br /> � 2. Planning Commission review of the proposed <br /> � homeowner' s agreement and open space easements <br /> over Outlots 1 & 2. Outlot 2 also should have <br /> an underlying access easement to the City as the <br /> • proposed drive will be the only access to the <br /> six lots. <br /> � 3. Planning Commission public hearing (scheduled <br /> � for September 19 , 1977) to be held concurrently <br /> on the land use plan amendment, rezoning and <br /> � street vacation. <br /> � 4.
