Mr. Muhich <br /> was concerned with a lack of quorum during this <br /> * time and felt that another appointment might be <br /> � appropriate. <br /> The City Council agreed and requested this matter <br /> to be entered on the next Council agenda for <br /> review. <br /> � <br />
