Kempf stated that he was having <br /> • problems with irate customers who were not able to <br /> get their boats out of their slips, so he called <br /> � the DNR asking them what could be done. The <br /> � DNR stated that P'ir. Kempf had all the permits that <br /> were necessary and that they could start dredging. <br /> � After starting the dredcjirig, late in the afternoon <br /> Alan Olson and a police officer arrived and tagged <br /> � Mr. Kempf. <br /> � Councilman Paurus: I agree that it is frustrating <br /> • but it is also frustrating to us because we get <br /> all the public frustrations, you get the customers <br /> � but we get the general public frustrations. I think <br /> that you should help us with the neighborhood <br /> � problem and the 200 ' dock limitation. <br /> ` Councilman Pesek: The 200 ' dock restrictions and <br /> 6 ' opaque fencing has been a law for two vears. <br /> � �till no fencing. I and P4rs. Butler werefgoing to <br /> . .eet with you on the evening that the dredging <br /> took place to put a plan together which everybody <br /> � see.med to think would be a good idea. Mr. Kempf <br /> mentioned dredging and I asked r�r. Kempf to put it <br /> � off for a couple� of days.
