� • REGULAR MEETING OF THE ORONO COUNCIL, JULY 25, 1977 Page 41 r Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, informed the LICENSE APPLICATION City Council of the request for a sewage disposal Zacher Construction, Inc '.nstallation license of Zacher Construction, Inc. Mr. Jacobs reported to the City Council that there has not been a building permit taken out . for a home being built by Mr. Larry McGrath at 3060 Farview Lane and that Zacher Construction, Inc. , installing the septic system, has not initiated proper permits and licenses and that there are deficiencies in footing construction. � Mr. Greg Frank, City Engineer, reported that satisfactory percolation tests have not been submitted for engineer approval. Council Meeting - July 25, 1977 Pesek moved, Massengale seconded, not to approve the license application for Zacher Construction, Inc. until contractor complies with zoning and building codes and corrects deficiencies in project which was started without proper permits and licenses (footing & septic) and City Engineer approval.
