No one present. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - July 5, 1977 <br /> No applicant present. Item tabled. Commission <br /> instructed staff to notify applicant of intention <br /> to act on proposal at July 18 meeting. <br /> Planning Commission Meeting - July 18, 1977 <br /> Zoning Administrator presented proposal along with <br /> copy of certified letter sent to Home Federal <br /> Savings informing the applicant that the proposal <br /> would be up for action at the Planning Commission <br /> meeting scheduled for July 18, 1977. <br /> Staff received no response. No representative <br /> was present. Planning Commission recommended <br /> denial of variance as no hardship was demonstrated. <br /> Council Meeting - July 25, 1977 <br /> Mayor Van Nest moved, Butler seconded, that since <br /> a representative of Home Federal Savings & Loan <br /> was not present, directed staff to mail another <br /> f letter to the applicant requesting a response to <br /> this proposal, which will be entered on the <br /> August 22, 1977 Council agenda. Motion, Ayes (5) - <br /> tlays (0) . <br /> Mr. Tom Jacobs, Building Inspector, read into the SUBDIVISION <br /> record the following request for a subdivision of 320 Woodhill Road <br /> Robert F. White, 320 Woodhill Road, dated June 15, #275 <br /> S 1977, which states: Robert F. White <br /> Council Meeting - July 11, 1977 <br /> Approved preliminary plat subject to slight <br /> revision. Final plat should indicate egress <br /> easement as separate outlot for the purpose of <br /> eliminating any access problems in the future. <br /> Council was informed by the Zoning Administrator <br /> that the Planning Commission had not acted on <br /> variance request due to lack of representation. <br /> Matter would be up for Planning Commission review <br /> at next scheduled meeting.
